Melanie Cowling was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Melanie graduated from Santa Fe College with her Associates in Dental Hygiene in 1983. She then went on to further her education and achieved her skincare specialty license, electrology and laser hair removal license, and cosmetic tattooing license. Melanie established About Face Aesthetics in St. Augustine, FL and has been providing quality services since 1996.

Haley Cowling-Leader was born in Jacksonville and raised in St. Augustine, Florida. Haley is a competitive figure skater and has always had a passion for the body, movement, and aesthetics. Haley graduated St. Johns River State College with her Associates in Arts degree in 2014 and obtained her apparatus pilates instructor certification, massage therapy license, skincare speciality license, cosmetic tattooing license, electrology, and laser technician license. Haley has helped her mother, Melanie, grow About Face Aesthetics and absolutely loves helping clients achieve their goals.
