Cancellations
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. Chair time and equipment are shared by multiple technicians. Please let us know at least 72 hours to one week ahead of time if you must cancel an appointment. There is a $25 charge if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice. All Fees must be paid in full before being rescheduled. No Exceptions. 
Your Appointment
Our schedule stays quite full. It is up to you the client, to maintain your current and future appointments. We send out email reminders. Your business is appreciated as well as your punctuality for all appointments. Thank you!
Missed Appointments
 Your appointment has been scheduled with you in mind. If you fail to show for an appointment you will be charged a $50 fee. You may cancel your appointment if needed. please see our Cancellations Policy above. All Fees must be paid in full before being rescheduled. No Exceptions.
